Pursuant to this purpose, the Assistant Director of Contracts Administration may be required to perform transactional duties surrounding requisition processing and supplier onboarding. Aligning with Seton Hall’s Adapt ‘25 initiative, this role transforms contract governance and operational efficiency through standardized templates, automation, and integrated contract tracking, reinforcing procurement’s ability to manage institutional obligations effectively.

Programs Manager in South Orange
The Programs Manager at the Center for Catholic Studies will manage the Center’s office, student staff, finances, and all programs, working closely with the Director and the staff of the three institutes to plan and implement an ongoing schedule of events including co-curricular programs, co-sponsored activities, faculty seminars, conferences, retreats, workshops, and public lectures, all of which serve the students, faculty, staff and administration of Seton Hall, as well as the local Church and the general public. Under the Center’s Director, the Programs Manager will manage the coordination and disbursement of the Center’s annual operating budget, endowments, and restricted funds. Assisting the Center Director, the Programs Manager will coordinate with University Advancement for the purpose of promoting, conducting, and funding the various programs of the Center for Catholic Studies and its Institutes. The Programs Manager is responsible for maintaining key partnerships dedicated to Catholic mission and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition across the university, such as with the Center For Vocation and Servant Leadership, Campus Ministry, Center for Faculty Development, the Catholic Studies Program, the University Core, and implementing other special projects, including grant management, planning, assessment and reporting of projects according to grant guidelines and university policies.
